So much for the 1st of June…

I had big plans to start my diet today…and I immediately fell of the wagon. I did so well with just eating grapes this morning…and then chocolate came into view.

Things have to change. Things have to change. Things HAVE to change.

June 2nd, all of my hope is riding on you.

Ok, so this is my first post. Let’s start off with this.

I’m 5’4. I’m 145 lbs. I’m not happy.

It should be stated that 145 lbs is not an unhealthy weight for my height, nor do I look at 145 lbs as being fat. But 145 lbs, for me, is not ideal. My body is my body and the only one I will ever have. I want to make it into something magnificent.

I will use this blog as encouragement, a place to vent, something that I can use to push myself towards my goal.

Speaking of goals, my goal is this.

125 lbs.

The lowest I’ve ever weighed has been 127. So close, yet so far away. But I didn’t do it in a healthy way, and that’s definitely not a road I want to take again.

I’m hoping, with this blog, to lose this weight the right way, and hopefully permanently.

So here we go.
